We want you to be fully satisfied with Ezer Premium. If you are not, here is how refunds work.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@ezerlife.live with your account email and the reason for your request. We typically process refunds within 5-10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Billing page. Canceling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
